HEALS CASEWORKER 

​

Working 16 to 24 hours per week under the day-to-day direction of another part-time, experienced professional HEALS caseworker colleague, you are a confident communicator, orientated towards delivering positive outcomes.

 

You will have good knowledge and understanding of the benefits system, ready to support those struggling to cope with matters such as welfare benefits and services, debt management and social housing provision.

 

This is a vocational role; you will get job satisfaction from working with volunteers and helping people directly through advice, advocacy and professional support.

HEALS OFFICE & EVENTS ADMINISTRATOR 

​

Working 16 to 24 hours per week under the day-to-day direction of the Trustee lead, you are a highly organised multi-tasker, confident working with Microsoft Office systems, customer databases and meetings administration.

 

You will manage enquiries, help keep the charity running and ensure we stay on track with our operational Development Plan.

 

You will also source and write grant applications, mobilise volunteers and work with our volunteer Fundraising Team to help organise events to fund our regular activity programmes.​​
